I had the honor of serving as the shooter, editor, and co-creative director for this impactful project in collaboration with the Human Services Council of New York (HSC). This film was developed as part of the #JustPay Campaign, a powerful and urgent call to action aimed at ending the government-sanctioned poverty wages for human services workers in New York City and State.

Over the years, we’ve worked closely with HSC, and this project stands as a testament to our shared commitment to highlight the vital contributions of human service workers. Despite being essential to our communities, these workers remain among the lowest-paid in New York's economy—a reality that the #JustPay Campaign seeks to change. Our goal was to shine a light on their stories and advocate for fair pay, adequate benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.
